1. The character called Jasper was channeling his inner Edward Scissorhands in order to play his non-speaking role. To make the likeness even greater he spent a lot of time shuffling around in the background and looking pouty.

2. Mike Dexter....of Can't Hardly Wait (in case you didn't know I LOVE THIS MOVIE....Annalise will attest to that) played the vampire dad to his clan of vampire children. You've come a long way Mike, and nobody called him a fag in this movie, movin' up.

Anyway for those of you who were even considering reading the book...or worse watching the movie instead of reading the book...don't do it! I must admit I enjoyed the book, but watching it being played out on screen made me want to vomit several times. Thank goodness Scissorhands and Mike Dexter were there to hold things together.

Well I still don't want to see Twilight, but now I definitely am hankering to see Edward Sissorhands and Can't Hardly Wait. Great flicks!
I guess I can still be your friend.
I just saw The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's a way, way better better movie than twilight... and I haven't seen (nor do I intend to see) the vampire flick.
Thank you for being one of the few people I agree with on their opinion on Twilight. I enjoyed the book, hated the movie. I just discovered your blog and it is, of course, hilarious.
