So I admit I'm not one of those grocery shoppers who stares intently at the little checkout screen carefully monitoring the scanning of each and every item. I'm that annoying person on the phone or the person explaining how that bunch of green stuff is cilantro not flat parsley. Well as I was looking though my receipt on the bus on my way home today and was surprised to see I had been charged twice for my Jif Peanut Butter & Honey peanut butter! I mean in the grand scale paying an extra $2.22 isn't the end of the world but now I'm wondering how often this happens? Every time I go to the store? Half the time? Either way this adds up to many jars of peanut butter I'm paying for and not eating! And I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER! Anyway, maybe not I will pay closer attention...hopefully.

So I have a lot of time these days....maybe too much time. Last night I probably spent about two hours perusing etsy stores. Here are some of my finds so far.

So my roommate has been doing the Men's Health "Spartacus" workout. I think I found the women's equivalent today...on accident. Hopefully I don't pay for it too dearly tomorrow. From now on I will be calling the Women's Health "endurance workout" the She-Ra Workout. Remember She-Ra? She was the Princess of Power, said to be the most powerful woman in the universe. If I had the strength to do this even three times a week I might be half the woman She-Ra was, you could call me She-Sti, or Shish-kum-ba, or just Kristi whatever you want.
I would put a link to said workout but as I found out tonight half the links on the Women's Health website are broken....lame! It is in their magazine out right now that is just workouts if you are really interested. Basically I ended up doing sprints, jogging, walking, chasses, grapevines, push-ups, crunches, running up bleachers, I'm tired just thinking about it. She-Ra here I come!

Something new! Two girls where I'm working were talking about this etsy store they are in love with. The store is called 3dots, you can look at it too if you go here. I bought this little birdie because I thought he was too cute to pass up. It was hard to choose, but he was the winner. I can't wait for him to arrive!
