Speciality Blogs

So my boss has a food blog called Midwestern Exposure, Annalise has a kick ass food blog And Now For Something Completely Delicious.....maybe I need a specialty blog of some sort. The questions is what could I blog about? I realize this would knock my total number of blogs up to 3, but still it would be nice to have a very focused blog. One where the main theme remains the same. The only thing I can come up with right not is to do a bookbinding blog, but I don't think I do enough of that to constitute a whole blog. Anyway, this is just something I've been thinking about....that and ice cream. Think I'll go get some of that......maybe I could write a blog devoted to tacos, that could even be the title.
