No Longer "On Notice"

I am very happy to announce that Maroon 5 is no longer on notice. They have been on the rocks for a couple years now, but thanks to their new single "Makes Me Wonder" I have decided to let them off the hook. It's about time boys! I expect big things from this album since you've been riding the coat tails of your previous album for the last 5 years!

So who or what will be replacing them on the list, that's a tough one, but I expect to suss that out in the next day or so, so it would be wise to stay on my good side until the final decision is made. Golden State Warriors, that means you, although I think you would bypass being "On Notice" and head straight for "Dead to Me".

Some are Lucky...others not so much.

It has been several months since my "on notice" list was posted and I am happy to announce that several people are no longer under my radar. However, with the removal of some comes the addition of others. My garbage man, Mark Pollei, Maroon 5 and Jenny have all been removed over the last couple months. Here are the replacements.

1. Ants - These tiny demons of annoyance have recently taken up residence somewhere in my house and I have started finding them in by bathroom, not cool ants.

2. Baby Wipes - Wipes, you clogged my pipes and caused me to have to hear a "what can go down a toilet" speech not once but twice.

3. Suri Cruise - I want to see what you look like, you're on notice until you show your face.

4. L. Ron Hubbard, science fiction author and founder of Scientology, a religion that is frequently perceived as a cult and a pseudoreligion. It should be your job to get Suri to show herself. You need to get on that.

All Praise Be to Jenny!

Words cannot express how happy your many many comments on my blog mean to me. However, this is a blog so I better come up with some words.

As many of you know I put Maroon 5 on notice on Tuesday January 24, 2006. I believe my exact words were:

"Maroon 5-I think we all know it's about time to put out another album-slackers!".

The fact that they are back in the studio makes this one of the best days of my life...ok, maybe not life but it's a pretty damn good day. And it is only made better by the fact that they have been listening to and are inspired by early Prince and Talking Heads. THEN to add even more icing on this wonderful Maroon 5 cake the name Kanye is mentioned! This is amazing! Maroon 5 you are officially off notice.

Your place will officially be filled by all weather systems in the entire world, namely the crap weather we have been experiencing around these parts. Get it together weather!
